Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by visiting the Book page, or contact us via WhatsApp/phone for personalized assistance. We recommend booking in advance, especially during festival seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of one night's stay. Festival season bookings may have different terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and cash in LKR or USD. A deposit may be required for certain bookings.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications are subject to availability. Contact our reservations team at least 24 hours before check-in for any changes.
Accommodation
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. You can control the temperature to your preference.
Is WiFi available?
Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms, restaurant, and common areas.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes, our Family Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests with interconnecting rooms available. Extra beds can be arranged for children.

What tours do you offer?
Through C by Tilko Holidays, we offer cultural excursions to Jaffna Fort, Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, Delft Island, Nagadeepa Temple, Keerimalai Springs, and more. Full-day and half-day options available.
How do I book a tour?
Tours can be booked at the front desk or in advance through our reservations team. We recommend booking Delft Island tours at least one day ahead due to ferry schedules.
Are tours included in room rates?
Tours are not included in standard room rates but can be added as packages. Ask about our "Stay & Explore" packages which include accommodation and tours.
What should I wear for temple visits?
Modest clothing is required for temple visits. Cover shoulders and knees. We provide sarongs at the front desk if needed.
Dining & Facilities
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 07:00 - 10:30, Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00, Dinner: 19:00 - 22:30. Room service is available for most hours.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes, we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and halal requirements. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking or upon arrival.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, we have a swimming pool open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Towels are provided. Guest supervision required for children under 12.
Is parking available?
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. We also have secure motorcycle/bicycle parking.
Getting Here
How do I get to Jaffna from Colombo?
You can fly (1 hour flight to Jaffna Airport), take the train (scenic 6-hour journey), or drive via the A9 highway (approximately 6 hours). We can arrange airport/station transfers.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer pickup from Jaffna Airport and Jaffna Railway Station. Contact us with your arrival details to arrange transfers.
What is nearby the hotel?
We are centrally located near Jaffna Fort (10 min), Nallur Temple (15 min), Jaffna Public Library, and the main shopping areas. Beaches are 20-30 minutes away.
